By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted all of the conditions of sale. These conditions are governed by current law, any dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction.

We are committed to providing precise and detailed information on each precious stone offered for sale, including its provenance, its geological characteristics and its possible treatment.

The prices displayed on our site include all applicable taxes. Payment can be made through various secure means, and the order will be processed once payment is confirmed.

We ensure secure delivery of gemstones within the agreed time frame. Delivery costs are indicated during the purchase process. The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the precious stones to the carrier.

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the precious stones to exercise his right of withdrawal. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of non-compliance or defect.

We guarantee the quality and authenticity of our gemstones. Each stone is accompanied by a certificate detailing its characteristics, and we are committed to providing products conforming to the description provided.

We put in place traceability systems to ensure the ethical provenance of our precious stones. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order. We accept no liability for consequential damages or lost profits.

We reserve the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions. Customers will be notified of any changes, and the new terms will apply to orders placed after the change date.
